About Us!

Hello, and welcome! I am Mari-Jayne, the lady behind the seams at Kid Crumbs. A mother to 6 amazing children (5 boys, 1 girl) and my chickens! Wife to my loving husband, Kelly for 6 years. I love the simple things in life, family, and nature. I have always been artistic, but never found something that I really stuck with. After a bit of research on what I would need to start sewing, I got my materials, made my first 12m-3y shirt and the rest is history. Once I got started, I was hooked! I’m actually self taught to sew, and still learn new things all the time. I get so excited finding new and cute things to make.

Myself, and most of my kids have sensitive skin, and after trying wool clothing I noticed such a difference. So, here at Kid Crumbs I thrive to find the best skin friendly fabrics, like wool and the occasional organic cotton. Not only is it better for us, but it’s also sustainable!
